Who this session is for
Operators running ASIC fleets who are already hashing but unsure whether their current pool’s fees, luck variance, or geographic endpoint still fit. Ideal when you are expanding racks, changing coins, or seeing settlement delays that clash with electricity payments in Thailand.
What you walk away with
A ranked shortlist of two to three pools with rationale, a one-page comparison of fee and payout models, and a switch checklist covering stratum endpoints, worker naming, and first-payout verification. We do not operate pools or custody funds; we coach the decision and the cutover steps.

Process & preparation
Book a slot, complete the intake form, and gather 7–14 days of worker exports plus your electricity billing dates. Meet at our Bang Kho Laem office or join by video with screen share. After the session, you receive the memo and may schedule wallet or payout coaching as a follow-on if needed.
