Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to coaching sessions with Portal Elmpath ASIC Academy, including mining pool selection coaching, wallet setup sessions, payout strategy coaching, and combined packages.

Eligibility for refunds

Full refunds are available if we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative time within fourteen days. Partial refunds may apply when a session is interrupted for reasons within our control and cannot be completed.

Timeframe to request

Refund requests must be emailed to info@portalelmpath.click within seven days of the scheduled session date, or within seven days of payment if the session was never scheduled.

Deposits

When a deposit is required to hold an in-person slot, it is credited toward the session fee. Deposits become non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled start time if you cancel, except when we cancel or when documented illness prevents attendance and you reschedule once within thirty days.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the session for a full fee credit toward a future date within ninety days. Notice inside 48 hours may forfeit the deposit. One complimentary reschedule is allowed per booking when notice is timely.

No-shows

If you do not attend and do not notify us, the session fee (or deposit) is non-refundable. You may purchase a new session at standard rates.

Work already started

If we have already prepared a custom comparison sheet or intake review for your booking and you cancel late, we may retain a preparation fee of up to 30% of the session rate and refund the remainder of amounts paid.

Non-refundable items

Third-party costs you incur (travel, hardware purchases, pool fees) are outside this policy. Completed sessions that were delivered as booked are not refundable merely because mining results later differed from expectations.

Refund method & processing time

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer within Thailand. Processing typically takes five to ten business days after approval.
