Payout cadence against Thai utility cycles

Hash rewards arrive on the pool’s clock; electricity invoices arrive on the utility’s. Payout strategy is how you make those clocks talk.

Ledger and receipts used for payout planning

Collect three dates: your typical utility due date, rent or lease payment, and the pool’s minimum payout threshold. Sketch a month on paper and mark when balances usually cross the threshold. If those marks sit after the due dates, either lower the threshold (accepting more fees) or keep a baht float funded from earlier withdrawals.

Prefer a standing instruction

Write who may approve a conversion and on which weekday. Panic transfers late at night tend to skip labeling and dual control. A quiet Tuesday morning ritual is easier to audit.

Document the “why”

When partners ask why you withdrew early during a price dip, the memo should already explain the electricity buffer rule. That single paragraph prevents arguments that stall the next session of mining.
